Class descriptions and details

  • Monday classes are 7 weeks and are offered both in-person at 915 Grosvenor Avenue and online through Zoom.  These are hybrid classes.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday classes are 8 weeks exclusively online through Zoom.

  • Friday monthly workshops are offered both in-person at 915 Grosvenor Avenue and online through Zoom.  They start the second Friday of October 2023 and go until May 2024.  These are hybrid.  Please email me for more information.  They occur the second Friday of every month from 9:30am-11:30am Central time.

  • There are no classes on Monday February 19th and Monday April 1.2024.  There are no classes the week of Monday March 4- March 10. 2024.

Monday 9:30am All Levels is suitable for students who have previous yoga experience.  Inversions are practised in this class.  There are options for those students where inversions are not recommended.

Monday 11:30am All Levels Gentle is suitable for beginning students, older students and those who are recovering from injury.

Tuesday 7:00pm Healthy Backs is suitable for anyone who would like to improve their back, neck and shoulders and spine and would like to reduce pain.

Thursday 10:00am Women's class is suitable for all stages 's of a Woman's life, from menarche, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.

Friday 9:30am monthly Adaptations workshop  is suitable for All Levels for those wanting to deepen their knowledge and practise.

Saturday 11:00am Level 1/2 is suitable for new and continuing students.
